Filton's interwar and postwar semis and terraces often have flat roofs over rear additions, bays, dormers and garages, many of them felted and patched over the decades. We repair and replace flat roofs across Filton, fitting one-piece EPDM rubber that is cold-fitted with no naked flame.
We have been roofing since 1993 and Filton is part of our main patch. Every job starts with a free survey and a fixed price in writing, comes with a ten year guarantee, and you pay nothing until the job is finished.

How Much Does a Flat Roof Cost in Filton?
The cost of a flat roof in Filton depends on its size, whether it needs repairing or replacing, and the condition of the deck.
The main things that affect the price are:
- The size of the flat roof
- Whether it needs a repair or a full replacement
- The condition of the deck under the old covering
- The height of the roof and the access needed
- The edges, upstands and joins where the roof meets the walls
- Any new trims needed
- The volume of old covering and waste to take away
- Access to rear additions and garages on older streets
Every job is priced after a free survey, and you get a clear, fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Flat Roof Repairs in Filton
Leaks on Filton flat roofs usually come from splits, blisters or failed edges. We trace the source and repair it where the covering is sound.
Flat Roof Replacement
Where a roof has been patched too many times, we strip it, replace soft decking and fit a new covering with new trims.
One-Piece EPDM Rubber Roofs
One-piece EPDM rubber has no seams across the roof, is fitted cold with no torch and does not go brittle like felt. A properly laid rubber roof has a life expectancy of up to 50 years.
Garage Roof Replacement
Garages on Filton's streets often have flat roofs that have leaked on and off for years. We strip them, replace soft decking and fit a seamless EPDM roof with new trims.
Extensions, Dormers and Porches
Rear additions, bays and dormers on Filton homes carry flat roofs of all shapes. We repair or replace them and seal the junctions with the main house.
Signs Your Flat Roof Needs Attention
Standing water, cracked felt, damp on the ceiling below and grit washing into the gutter are the signs to look for in Filton.
