How We Handle Enquiry Data

When you send an enquiry through this site or ask us for a quote, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of the work, along with any photo you choose to attach. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your survey and quote.

• Lawful basis. We process your enquiry in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us to quote for work. Where you ask us to keep your details for a future job, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Who processes it. Your enquiry is handled by us, and delivered and stored on our behalf by our website provider, Digital Five, and its email delivery provider (Postmark). They act as our processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.
• The enquiry archive.A copy of each enquiry is kept in Digital Five's secure archive so that submissions are not lost. Access is restricted to us and to Digital Five for support and delivery purposes.
• How long we keep it. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete them in line with our retention practices.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. A cookie notice asks for your choice when you first visit, and you can change it at any time. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions are genuine, and our areas and contact pages embed a Google map. Google may set cookies on your device when a map loads. The customer reviews on our home page come from Trustindex, which sets advertising and analytics cookies inside its widget, so they only load if you accept advertising cookies in the cookie notice.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
